Pack Your Device
Securely place the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
